DESCRIPTION: Henry Dixon (British, 19th century). Two albumen photographs. One streeet scene reportedly showing the Brighton Aquarium. The other a pier and bridge scene. Both mounted on original boards with penciled notations to backs "Henry Dixon". Bridge scene board embossed "A. Pirie & Sons Bristol Board". 19th century. MEASUREMENTS: Brighton 13-3/4" x 10-3/4". Overall 23" x 18-1/4". Bridge 9-1/4" x 11-1/2". Overall 18" x 22-1/4". CONDITION: Bridge with minor wave to board. Brighton with toning and light edge wear with scattered edge tears.
