TWO ANTIQUE FANS: SILK & ORGANZA

Two ladies hand held pleated fans. First fan is made of organza hand painted with Cherubs, doves with sewn silver and gilt mirrored dots. Carved wood guards and sticks with inlaid silver mirrored dots. When open fan measures 8 1/2" high by 15 1/4" wide. Condition is good. Second fan is made of black silk and overlaid with white lace on the front. The guards and sticks are ivory or bone. When opened fan measures 11" tall by 20" wide. Back of fan silk is worn and torn, one stick is protruding out. Guard and sticks are toned as well as the white lace on the front of the fan. Approx. weight 5 ounces.
