398ff., 58 lines and headline, double column (but 3 columns in Interpretationes), Gothic type, 98 large initial letters in blue and red and heightened in gold, numerous small initials in red and blue, the first initial on a2 especially fine (slightly rubbed) and with a decorative border also heightened with gold along inner margin, a1 laid down, a2 with lower margin restored causing slight loss to a few words of text and just affecting foot of illuminated border, R2 holed with loss, some worming, mostly to inner margin but occasionally slightly affecting text, a few leaves browned, some staining to upper corner towards end, some leaves trimmed occasionally just touching side-notes, possibly a made up copy with leaves of different sizes, but complete, later vellum, [BMC V, 303; Goff B579; Hain Copinger 3090], folio, Venice, Johannes Herbort, de Seligenstadt, 31 October 1483.
