TWO CARVED HARDSTONE FIGURES OF BIRDS, possibly Chinese, second half 20th century, one bird realistically carved with deep blue gold veined body, with lapis banded head and white marble cap ending in a Siena beak, perched amidst bronze branches with green jade leaves and red flowers centering diamonds on an amethyst specimen marble base, together with a naturalistically carved deep green figure of a goose with diamond inset eyes and obsidian beak on bronze legs and raised on an amethyst specimen stone base. Heights: 12 1/2", 3". (2)
