***Trajectum ad Mosam 1. During 1923 and 1924 Stols devoted himself to the publication of Dutch authors and some foreign writers in translation. Through Palladium editor Jan Greshoff he met Jan van Krimpen who provided him with a printer's mark for the Trajectum ad Mosam covers. His contact with Nypels waned as van Krimpen imparted on Stols his sense of measure and austerity..
