Description
19thc., grisaille enamel with gold highlights, the scene showing Hebe, goddess of youth and wife of Herakles, offering libation to the eagle of Zeus. Unsigned but strongly attributed to Limoges. Framed. 7.5" x 5.5" Some rubbing around the edges from a frame, slight diagonal scratch across the face of Hera.
