Tatarinov German Alekseevich (born in 1925, Yaroslavl Region – 2006, St. Petersburg). Meeting with Yriy Gagarin. Oil on canvas. Signed. 23.5 X 31.5 in., framed 29 X 37.5 in. Honoured Artist of the RSFSR. Graduated from Moscow Polygraphic Institute in 1961, where he studied in G. Epifanov's Art Studio. Started exhibitioning since 1964. Joined the LOSKH (Leningrad Union of Artists of the RSFSR) in 1972. The artist's works are represented in the State Russian Museum, in many regional museums.
