Ivory silk jersey dress, labeled Ceil Chapman with tag that reads, "Fox 964467," asymmetrical drape, some staining. Ceil Chapman, who began her fashion career partnered with Gloria Vanderbilt, designed for film and television as well as her own line of cocktail dresses and gowns. Her dresses were favored by Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, Deborah Kerr, and Mamie Van Doren.
