Modern half calf over cream-colored boards, ms. title to spine. Condition: marginal dampstaining and mild worming, edges lightly browned, f. 50 with hole to inner margin; extremities lightly rubbed. With two other incunable fragments: Petrus de MONTE, Repertorium utriusque juris, Padua: Johannes Herbort, de Seligenstadt, 16 November 1480, 110 leaves from 2 vols. of 370 ff. and 378 ff. respectively (Goff M844; BMC VII 917; HC 11589*); and Guillelmus DURANTIS, Rationale divinorum officiorum, Strassburg: George Husner, 1488, 25 leaves (Hain *6494).
