Otis Weber, New York, Late 19th Century painter. All five unframed and on canvas and measure 11.5" L x 15" W. All five signed Otis S. Weber First depicts a sailboat at night with a full moon. Second depicts a sailboat in rough seas. Third depicts a sailboat at night with sailboat in the center. Forth depicts two sailboats and the fifth depicts two sailboats at night in rough seas.
