The Dutch Nazi Party "NSB" under the leadership of Anton Mussert instituted a special Bravery and Merit award for NSB members in German service within the volunteer SS divisions. This Dutch made award is with swords for combatants. Made from enameled, gilt finished metal. The ribbon shows the Dutch National Colors. The medal shows some discoloration but there does not appear to be any enamel loss. It comes in its original maroon case.
