highly figured walnut throughout with yellow pine secondary, original locks and hinges, bottle case with open interior (no dividers), original diamond inlaid escutcheons and probably original knobs, turned legs and feet, attributed to Piedmont, North Carolina, 19th century, 38-1/4 x 20 x 17-3/4 in. Excellent condition, refinished, normal separations, minor wear, stains and abrasions, side moldings for top probably replaced. Provenance: Private Collection, Denver, Colorado
