fine hand painted reserves with gilt borders, one with river scene and bridge, marked on base "Forge Bridge, Westmoreland", one with country estate marked "Brecon, Norfolk", [small rim chip and related 3 in. crack,] probably British, early 19th century, 4 x 2-1/2 in. Both with minor losses to gilt decoration. Provenance: A Georgia Private Collection
