18 kt. yellow gold watch, 1-3/8 in. round case with white satin face, 27 jewel movement, marked "Patek, Philippe & Co. Geneve, case "2629740/3473", textured mesh band, 7-1/4 in.; accompanied by "Extract from the Archives" of Patek Philippe stating watch manufactured in 1966. Light scratches to crystal, lugs removed and band replaced, band bent and worn.
