Condition: clean tears to three leaves; small splits to backstrip, old stab-holes from previous binding. [With:] 18 other works illustrated by Palmer Cox, written by Veale, [circa 1896-1897], including five titles which are present in two different issues or editions, and one title present as both a complete copy and an incomplete duplicate, all within a modern green cloth box, morocco label to spine.
