A Rochester New York artist with a record of exhibitions throughout the 1940's. He was a painter as well as a collector of Old Master drawings. This 20 x 26 inch work is nicely framed 30 x 36 inches. A label on back from Kraushaar Galleries, 1055 Madison Avenue New York New York titles the work as "Willows Hackensack Creek". Very good condition.
