French Brass Skeleton Clock, with 2 1/2 in. dia. Roman numeral time dial, smaller subsidiary dials for setting the alarm calibrated 1-12, and day of the month calibrated 1-31, brass skeletonized movement with single going barrel for timekeeping and hour/half strike on a bell mounted under the wooden pedestal, separate spring-powered alarm sounds on the same bell, deadbeat Brocot escapement and silk thread pendulum, all on an ebonized pedestal and under a glass dome, ht. 12 in.
