Made in Germany, on a geared stand revolving around a 9 1/2 in. dia. brass calendar ring with geared perimeter, raised lettering for the months, seasons, compass points and the inscription Parkes and Hadley's Patent Orrery all on a cast brass base, ht. 9 in.
