Early Dressed Steiff Golden Mohair Teddy Bear, with black shoe button eyes, horizontally-stitched black nose, hump back, excelsior stuffing, peach felt pads, and stitched claws, wearing period handmade plaid skirt, navy blue wool coat and red-lined hooded cape, ht. 11 1/2 in., (scattered fur loss including areas on face, back of head and ears, missing button, tears and repair to three of the joints, holes on foot pads, fur slightly matted where exposed, moth holes in wool).
