Paul V. Ambrose and Drew J. Bauer present: These are the #248 Scout-type Steam Engine and #1130T small Streamline Tender that Lionel made circa 1958. Uncatalogued and originally made for Sears; somewhat scarce. Metal-case motor with nothing broken or repaired. It is difficult to find these inexpensive engines in Collector Condition. Our Opinion is that they are generally in Like New Minus Condition. No Boxes. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $18.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
