GEORGE III, King of England.
Feb 27, 1807, scarce Partially-Printed Document Signed, "George R" at the upper right, a large 3.5" bold brown signature, Court of St. James, London, About Fine. This 12.5" x 8" document is an Order for Recruitment to officers listed at bottom margin, in part:
"fill up the respective Companies of the Regiment of Feet under your Command to the numbers allowed upon the Establishment. And all Magistrates, Justices of the Peace, Constables, and other Our Civil Officers whom it may concern, are hereby required to be assisting unto you, in providing Quarters, impressing Carriages and otherwise as there shall be reason..."
Light general toning, light wear; small fold separations with no paper loss; occasional small areas of foxing at left portion; two tiny holes within text at fold intersections in blank areas. A very scarce form signed by King George III.
Early American will accept payment by check or credit card.
