Description

Rare Kepplinger Holdout also known as the San Francisco Holdout is considered the ingenious holdout ever devised. An elaborate device for cheating at cards created by and man named Kipplinger and as seen in the Old West, Time Life Book Series. Kepplinger, who was eventually caught by professional gamblers, was forced to make more for the men that caught him instead of facing the hanging tree. ca. 1900. Excellent condition.
