Roman, c. 100-300AD., a wonderfully carved smaller than life size marble head of a young girl. Her delicate facial features are extremely realistic as is her long flowing hair that hangs on her forehead and down to her shoulders. Nice patina to stone and of excellent workmanship throughout. Some minor loses to tip of nose and to hair at bottom sides. On custom stand. Choice! H: 10". Old Florida Collection.
