Exceptional pair of carved and painted female nudes, ca. 1875, probably carved as ornaments for a massive theatre organ or orchestrion, 41'' h.
Condition reportFigure #1 - loss to hand, loss to one toe, paint loss to back, 2" x 4" loss of wood at hip. Figure #2 - losses to object in hand, one foot missing toes, other foot missing one toe, minor paint loss to back.
