CUZI 18K Gold Enamel Sea Mussel Pill Box Pillbox

Unusual 18k yellow gold and enamel pillbox in likeness of a sea mussel, by Cuzi of italian origin. The enamel work is wonderfully lifelike and is displays on the outer and inner surfaces of the pillbox. Item specifics: 2" long; 1" wide; 31.4 grams in weight. Marked "Cuzi 750". Excellent condition.
