Rare 18k Gold Malachite Coral Onyx Letter Opener

Unusual Italian 18k yellow gold letter opener with the handle made out carved malachite, onyx, and angel skin coral. The handle has a 18k gold chain that attaches the letter opener to a coral and onyx beaded tassle. Item specifics: 6 1/2" long without chain and tassle, 13" all together; 1/2" wide; 51.9 grams in weight. Marked "750", maker's mark, and reference numbers. Very good condition: small chip (1mm) and crack on coral band around malachite handle; small cracks on a handful of coral beads.
