A pair of watercolors on paper depicting George Washington crossing the Delaware, and Abraham Lincoln addressing a crowd, by James Thiriar (Belgian, 1889-1965). Each signed lower right. Both matted and in gilded and painted wood frames. The watercolors in good condition; the frames with very minor chips, but in good overall condition. Overall size: 13 3/4" x 19 1/4".
