CARTIER 18K Gold Diamond Emerald Ring

Modern 18k yellow gold diamond and emerald ring by Cartier. There are two rows of square cut diamonds, 22 in total for approx. 1.0 cts of total diamond weight; the 10 emeralds are round cut and total approx 0.75-0.85cts. item specifics: size 7.25; 6.7 grams in weight; 3/8" tall. Marked "Cartier 18k". Very good condition: ring was sized up from original size, hallmarks have been slightly altered.
