Title: Alcoholics Anonymous: The Story of How More Than Ten Thousand Men and Women Have Recovered from Alcoholism
Author: [Wilson, William (Bill W.)] Description: viii, [2], 400 pp. 9x6, original dark blue cloth, spine lettered in gilt, original dust jacket, custom blue cloth box. First Edition, Sixth Printing.One of 5000 copies printed in June, 1944. Inscribed on the front free endpaper by the three founders of A.A., Bill Wilson, Dr. Bob and Bill Dotson. Wilson and Dr. Bob inscribed in January, 1948. Dotson added his inscription March, 1950. Pasted to the rear endpapers is a sheet signed by Ebby Thacher (Bill Wilson's sponsor), Icky Sheridan, Dick Hilmist, Rob Knudson, Nick Nickals. These 5 signatures were gathered at the 5th Western Ontario Conference, Nov. 9th, 1958. Ownership signature and AA information card of Wilfrid B. Whitfield on front endpapers, later owner's name on half-title. Related clippings, etc. laid in. A very rare and unique copy with signatures of the three founders all gathered on the same page.
