KESTNER ALL-BISQUE DOLL WITH BENT KNEES. Marks: III (head and body). 8 ½". Bisque swivel head on jointed bisque body with plump-modelled legs and jointed knees with five-strap gray bootines and white ribbed knee socks; blue sleep eyes, painted lashes, multi-stroke brows, closed mouth, accented lips, original blonde mohair wig, cotton dress with rosebud embroidery, matching panty.

Desirable large size with fine quality pale bisque, rare articulation of legs allows doll to sit with bent knees, kneel, and otherwise pose, nicely-fitted costume, professional repair to right knee joint above the sock edge.
