GREAT PAINTED & JADE ORIENTAL DRESSING SCREEN 3473

Outstanding quality Oriental Dressing Screen with carved jade behind glass and hand painting on the other side. Each panel has jade carvings of a vase with flowers upon a miniture carved teak wood stand. The jade also includes a dragon, bird, water pitcher, scroll etc. also all the insigmia is jade too. The other side is hand painted floral decorations. Totaly ebonized frame and bronze hardware. This screen is like no other and is a very heavy sturdy dubble hidged screen, alowing you to shape it in any way you want. Age: Circa 1900 Measurments: Each Panel is 71 1/2" H X 17 3/4" wide and 1 3/4" thick Material: Ebonized wood, Jade and teak wood carvings, glass and bronze hardware.
