Artist Info: The work of Monika Agic ("Magic" to her growing fan base) is a reflection of the artist's life experiences growing up in conflict-stricken Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the age of 22 Agic immigrated to the US where she began her art in earnest and developed a signature abstract expressionist style that focuses on texture, created mainly through acrylic paints. Her work has been gaining attention locally and she has sold numerous works in community art fairs. Agic lives and works in Urbandale, Iowa.
