Description
Decorated mat glaze vase with panoramic design of blooming and budding purple irises on a blue ground, accented with purple stippling, very well accomplished by Jens Jensen in 1929. Impressed with the Rookwood symbol, the date and shape 614 D and bearing the artist's mark in black slip. Height 10 1/2 inches. The vase is without crazing and is very clean.
