Mat glaze 8 3/4 inch vase with hand modeled design of poppies, accomplished by the application of extra clay which was then cut back to form the flowers. Impressed with the Rookwood logo, the date and shape 1297. There is light crazing but, unfortunately, no artist signature on this hand done piece.
