Rookwood Standard vase, silver overlay, 4 3/4"

Rookwood Standard glaze vase with Gorham silver overlay and clematis decoration done in 1892 by Constance Baker. The silver itself has a single flower on the back with lots of ruffles and flourishes. Marks include the company logo and date, shape number 77 C, W for white clay and the incised initials of the artist. The silver is marked "Gorham Mfg.Co. R 823." Height 4 3/4 inches. Fine overall crazing with nice composition.
