Rookwood Faience group, Dutch Girl, 24 x 18"

Rookwood tile tableau depicting a Dutch Girl in mat colors of browns, blues, green and lavender, comprised of six 6 inch tiles and "framed" by fourteen 3 inch wide tiles. These were installed at the Mills Restaurant, a Downtown Cincinnati fixture for many years, and some mortar on the back of the tiles and a plywood backing for stability. There is light crazing and some tiny nicks to high points and small chips on the edges. Size is 24 by 18 inches. Recently framed with heavy poplar which you can have stained or painted to suit your taste. Weight is around 75 pounds and shipping will priced accordingly.
