Two candlesticks from a set made for one of Rookwood's benefactors during the depression, designed by Arthur Conant and hand colored by Lorinda Epply. Impressed Rookwood logo and date along with notation "October 10th 1934", the notation "Conant" and Lorinda Epply's monogram in slip. Height 9 7/8 inches. Each is without crazing and in excellent original condition.
