Fine Rookwood Porcelain vase done by Jens Jensen in 1933 with all the wonderful things Jens seems to have imagined during his waking hours. There is a languid nude female, a horse, a fish, a flower and another female head arrayed around the vase. The interior is lined with the multicolored, slightly iridescent glaze used on better pieces in this period. Marks include the company logo and date, S for Special shape and the artist's monogram in blue slip. Height 6 5/8 inches. Uncrazed and very clean.
