Louis XV style upholstered [bergere,]

carved and painted frame with blue damask upholstery, 20th century, 37-1/2 x 30 x 26 in. Good condition, paint distress and wear largely as made, upholstery with minor wear and surface dirt. Provenance: Estate of the Late Dr. John Rison Jones, Jr., Huntsville, Alabama. All proceeds to benefit the Art Acquisition Fund, Huntsville Museum of Art.
