one with string and light wood border inlay, inlaid bone escutcheon, interior with green lining, 19th century, 5-3/4 x 11-3/4 x 9 in., [surface abrasions and chips, some loss and repair to string inlay;] one a tea box with oak secondary, three later marble-painted toleware tin canisters, probably early 19th century, 8 (including brass bail) x 10 x 5-1/2 in., [repairs to lid molding, minor pest damage to base, lacking lock mechanism in lid, veneer repairs, canisters wrong size for box (lid will not close).] Provenance: Estate of the Late Dr. John Rison Jones, Jr., Huntsville, Alabama. All proceeds to benefit the Art Acquisition Fund, Huntsville Museum of Art.
