dining chairs: each with carved crest and pierced gothic splat, cabriole legs with ball-and-claw feet, late 19th century, five side chairs 39-1/4 x 21 x 16-1/2 in., armchair 40-1/2 x 23-1/2 x 19 in. Good condition overall, scattered wear and abrasions, some joints slightly loose, some cracks and nail repairs to stiles at joints with seat frames, some color restoration, upholstery with some wear and stains. Provenance: Private Collection, Inman, South Carolina.
