Pair Meissen urns:

wreath-bordered reserves with lovers in woodland settings flanked by hand-painted floral bouquets, ormolu mounts, eagle finials, blue crossed swords with star above two dots, Meissen or Meissen style, probably late 19th century, 17-3/4 in. Formerly mounted as lamps with interior metal liners (not wired), porcelain bodies slightly misshapen, one eagle finial with extensive repair, one lid with chip. Provenance: Private Collection.
