Genl.", includes senate report dated February 23, 1888, related to William Averell's retirement, page 18 x 13-3/4 in.; modern wood frame. Toning, creases, fading, smudging, soiling, seal missing one point; frame with abrasions. Provenance: Property of a Descendant of William Woods Averell.
