(Charleston, South Carolina, 1838-1921), still life with hams and knives on a stone ledge, signed lower left "WA Walker 1886", oil on canvas, unframed, 28-1/4 x 22-1/8 in. Restretched on new stretcher, lined with wax and linen, retouch at edges, repaired tear upper left and some in ham, crackle. Provenance: Neal Auction, New Orleans, Louisiana, June 25, 1994, lot 360.
