Pisgah Forest cameo pottery vase,
cameo figures of fiddler, dog and log cabin, distant mountain and pine trees, matte blue ground above base with blistered brown glaze, base marked "Pisgah Forest, West Asheville, Route 191", 1936 mark, marked in cameo "Stephen" (Walter B. Stephen, 1876-1961), interior with glossy white glaze, 9 in. Excellent condition, some burst blisters. Provenance: Private Collection.
