walnut with poplar secondary, six dovetailed drawers with line and oval inlay, flanked by canted corners with line and leaf(?) inlay, molded top and turned feet, Eastern Tennessee, early 19th century, 43 x 43-1/4 x 20-3/8 in. Generally good condition with normal surface stains and wear, minor molding losses, brasses replaced, case separation at one front corner.
