walnut and poplar with grain-painted surface over veneer, scrolled walnut backsplash, six dovetailed drawers over four doors, glass pulls, turned feet, East Tennessee, 19th century, 63 x 71-1/4 x 23 in. Extensive veneer losses largely obscured by later paint, scrolled crest repaired, other cracks, losses and surface wear throughout.
