figured mahogany stock, engraved lock plate and butt cap, 6-1/2 in. unmarked barrel, 9-7/8 in., in fitted mahogany veneered case, probably British, early 19th century, possibly a lady's model, 1-7/8 x 13-3/4 x 8 in. Old pewter color polished surfaces, stock refinished, slight wear to checkered grips, excellent condition. Provenance: Private Collection, Charlotte, North Carolina.
