highly figured mahogany veneers, hinged top opening to fitted interior, carved and scrolled support, tripod base, carved paw feet with original casters, British or Continental, 19th century, 28-1/4 x 20 x 16 in. Surface wear and fading, lid slightly warped and lacking interior mirror, breaks, repairs and losses to scrolled supports for top, other cracks, surface dirt and finish losses.
