Kernels of corn, bunches of bananas, a fragment of a crab shell and oak leaves are some of the natural subjects she has used in her still life art. While her work refers to actual subjects she is a sculptor who is interested primarily in the expressions conveyed in their abstracted forms. Vicki makes commissioned bronze sculptures of animals and portrait sculptures, as well as prototypes for companies that make porcelain figurines, commemorative medallions and garden ornaments.
